My key has not arrived
Check the spam folder first: automated email with a licence key in it is a classic false positive. If it is not there, open your order page — the key appears there as soon as it is issued. If the order still says "being prepared" after 24 hours, write to us.
The key is rejected
Make sure you are activating the right edition: a Professional key will not activate a Home installation. If it still fails, contact us with your order reference and we replace the key.
Can I use it on another computer?
It depends on the licence, and the product page says how many devices are covered. A licence tied to one device follows that device.
I need an invoice
Tick "I need an invoice" at checkout. For businesses in the EU we check the VAT number against the VIES register before issuing it.
