How it works
From the order to the working software
1. You order
Pick the licence, pay by card or by bank transfer. Nothing is shipped: there is no address to fill in unless you need an invoice.
2. We send the key
If the licence is in stock, the key reaches your email within seconds. If we have to source it, it takes up to 24 hours — and the product page tells you which of the two it is before you buy.
3. You activate
The email contains the key, the link to download the software, and the steps to activate it. The same information stays on your order page.
If it does not activate
Write to us, or leave us a phone number and we call you. A licence that does not activate gets replaced or refunded — it is not your problem to solve.
