What you are buying

A licence to use software, delivered as an activation key by email. You are not buying a physical product and nothing is shipped. The product page states the term of the licence, the number of devices and the platform it covers.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: there are no shipping costs and no fees added later.

Delivery

Keys in stock are delivered within minutes of the payment clearing. Keys we have to source are delivered within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver at all, you are refunded in full.

If something does not work

A key that does not activate is replaced. If we cannot replace it, you get your money back. Contact us with the order reference.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun and you have agreed to it — which, for a licence key, is the moment the key is shown or sent to you.

You are asked to agree to this at checkout, and the agreement is recorded with your order. Until the key is issued you can cancel and be refunded in full.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, where the company is established. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

The European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which you are free to use.
